HomePhysio By Nicola Ltd is a leading physiotherapy provider delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the Scottish Borders. Established to improve access to expert rehabilitation services, we support people of all ages in their own homes and within our clinic, ensuring treatment is delivered in the most appropriate and effective setting for each individual. Our approach is centred on our ethos to help people move better, feel better and live better, with every treatment tailored to support meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Areas of interest

We provide physiotherapy for children, adults and older people in home and clinic settings. Our specialties include musculoskeletal; orthopaedics; post-operative rehabilitation; neurology; care of the older person; falls prevention and frailty; women's health; paediatrics; functional rehabilitation; respiratory physiotherapy; massage therapy. We treat spinal and joint pain, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, post-surgical patients, stroke, Parkinson's disease, MS, reduced mobility and balance problems, pregnancy-related and postnatal conditions, developmental delay and complex disability. Interventions include detailed assessment, personalised rehabilitation, exercise therapy, manual therapy, gait re-education, balance training, postural management, functional training and education. We use specialist equipment including the MOTOmed; standing and walking harness; standing frame; parallel bars; functional electrical stimulation (FES) to maximise recovery, independence and function.
