About me

Caryn is a chartered psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. Caryn works with children and adolescents (age 7+), as well as adults, with a particular interests in childhood, maternal and menopausal mental health. She uses CBT in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorders, body dysmorphia, emetophobia, anxiety, phobias, panic, trauma and depression. Caryn frequently works with neurodivergent children and adults experiencing additional mental health difficulties. Caryn also provides support for post-partum mental health and difficulties associated with perimenopause and menopause.
