About me

Caryn is a chartered psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. Caryn works with children and adolescents (age 7+), as well as adults, with a particular interests in childhood, maternal and menopausal mental health. She uses CBT in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorders, body dysmorphia, emetophobia, anxiety, phobias, panic, trauma and depression. Caryn frequently works with neurodivergent children and adults who are experiencing additional mental health difficulties. Caryn also provides support for post-partum mental health and difficulties associated with perimenopause and menopause.
