About me

I'veworked for more than 35 years in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and been a Consultant for over 24 years.I see over 1000 patients per year in the privately. Jointly run as a co-founder , the Birmingham Fibroid Clinic since 2006.
My private practice is based at Spire Parkway hospital in Solihull (Tuesday AM and Thursday AM ). I run a menopause clinic in Harborne and receive referrals for ladies with Fibroids, abnormal or heavy bleeding and menopausal issues . I manage women with heavy periods or irregular bleeding at anytime in their lives .Have been a co-investigator for 3 published multicentre clinical trials dealing with ladies with fibroids, heavy bleeding and pelvic pain.
For the past few years I have been involved in teaching programs for doctors,students and associates both local and overseas in surgery and emergency medicine.I am a reviewer for national journals and patient leaflets.
I also do paediatric and adolescent Gynaecology privately was based previously at the Birmingham Children's Hospital
