About me

I am a Cardiologist in Nottingham with over ten years of consultant experience, working at a tertiary cardiac centre. I diagnose and treat a wide range of heart conditions, with specialist expertise in coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and complex cardiac symptoms.
My procedural skills include safe coronary angiography, angioplasty (PCI), intravascular imaging, physiological lesion assessment, PFO closure, and TAVI (transcatheter aortic valve implantation).
I see patients with chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, AF, dizziness, high blood pressure, and concerns about heart rhythm problems or cardiovascular risk. Many people come to me for rapid assessment of possible angina, heart valve disease, or unexplained symptoms. My approach is based on clear communication, timely investigation, and personalised treatment plans so patients feel listened to, informed, reassured, and supported.
I work closely with a multidisciplinary heart team to provide safe, high quality care from the first consultation through to long term follow up. I am also involved in teaching and service development to help improve cardiac care across Nottingham and the wider region.
