About me

Miss Javaid is working in NHS since 1997, she completed her Specialist training from East Anglia Deanery and has been a consultant in Gynaecology since 2007. She acquired specialist skills in Gynaecological ultrasound and Early pregnancy management, Urodynamics, Colposcopy Accreditation, Hysteroscopy and Menopause and HRT. She manages a variety of gynaecological problems including menopause issues & HRT, HRT alternatives, menstrual problems, vulva disorders, Contraception issues, PMS/PMDD, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, fibroids and adenomyosis.
Miss Javaid has presented in various national and international conferences and has widely published. Her article was awarded Publication of the Year award by British Journal of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2010. Click here to read a list of her publications.
