About me

I am a BACP-accredited therapist and clinical supervisor, offering a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel heard and understood. I work from an integrative approach, recognising that no single way of working suits everyone � together, we'll find what feels right for you.
I have extensive experience supporting people with complex trauma, PTSD, and men's mental health. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a new direction, I'm here to walk alongside you.
Our work together can help you make sense of where you are now, get more from the path you're on, or gently explore new possibilities and directions for your life. I'm passionate about helping you discover what truly works for you.
We all need support at different points in our lives. You don't have to navigate things alone � I'll be alongside you, working collaboratively and drawing on a range of approaches to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Areas of interest

I have experience supporting people with a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, low self-esteem, and different forms of anxiety such as generalised anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, and panic.
I also work with issues such as work-related stress, PTSD, and men's mental health, as well as supporting individuals exploring LGBTQ+ experiences, sexuality, identity, and gender.
In addition, I have experience working with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences, along with concerns around sexual behaviour and pornography use.
Whatever you're facing, you'll be met with understanding, respect, and a space where you can talk openly without judgement.
