About me

I provide integrated, psychotherapeutic counselling, from a trauma informed, person centered perspective. Following a thorough assessment we will establish what you would like to achieve from therapy and plan our work together

I understand your body and mind to be one system, and by focusing on how you are feeling and by making sense and processing what has happened to you we can positively impact on your well-being as a whole

It might be that you have been not feeling yourself for a while. You may notice that coping strategies you use are no longer effective. Maybe aware that old unhelpful patterns are re-emerging, or have experienced loss. You might find your appetite gone, and are struggling to relax, sleep and find things you used to delight in no longer bring you joy. Recent life events might have left you feeling lost. Counselling is a space for you to explore any aspects of your life that are creating distress. A space without judgement, a space for you.
