About me
I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC. I have experience working across private practice, the NHS and the charity sector, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I offer individual therapy drawing on integrative and evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and existential perspectives. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties and to identify practical and meaningful steps towards change.
My approach is compassionate and structured, with attention to both current symptoms and underlying patterns. I aim to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping strategies, and improve emotional wellbeing.
I have particular experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, stress, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, body image concerns, and adjustment to life changes. My doctoral research explored identity, stigma, and wellbeing, informing my interest in diversity and inclusive practice.
