About me

I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 5 years of experience, currently working in an NHS neuropsychology service. My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models to meet your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, open, and empathic space where you feel safe to be yourself and share your experiences. I believe in working with your unique context and I focus on working collaboratively with you, rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. I offer a free telephone consultation to support you in finding the right therapist for your needs, please do get in touch to discuss further!
