About me

I'm a Senior Clinical Psychologist offering assessment and therapy to adults (18 years +).

My approach involves collaboration, compassion and understanding your unique lived experience. I provide evidence-based interventions aimed at driving meaningful personal growth. I support people experiencing various challenges including anxiety, trauma, loss/grief, work-related stress, adjustment to ADHD diagnosis, and low mood (full list below).

Additionally, I specialise in supporting individuals following acute illness and in adjustment to chronic illness.

For example, I've worked with people
following reconstructive surgery, stroke, cancer diagnosis, burn injury, ICU admission and hospitalisation. My experience also extends to long-term health conditions: Long COVID, Fibromyalgia, POTS, ME/CFS, IBS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis, cardiac conditions and skin conditions / concerns regarding visible difference.
