About me

I am a dietitian specialising in endometriosis, fertility nutrition, PCOS, thyroid conditions and ongoing gut symptoms such as bloating and IBS-type discomfort. I offer evidence-based, personalised support to help you understand your symptoms and make eating feel more manageable.

Many people come to me after trying conflicting advice, multiple appointments and frustrating trial and error. My approach is structured and practical, focusing on changes that genuinely make a difference to day-to-day symptoms.

Clients often notice calmer digestion, fewer flare-ups, steadier energy and a clearer understanding of how food affects their hormones and gut. Eating feels simpler, and daily life is easier to plan.

I work using a framework called The CALM Code, which supports balanced meals, gentle anti-inflammatory nutrition, realistic lifestyle habits and sustainable long-term progress. Support includes a detailed assessment, a personalised plan, practical meal guidance, evidence-based supplement advice and support with appropriate testing, including omega-3.

My practice is inclusive. While my focus is women's health, I support men, trans women and non-binary individuals with hormone, thyroid or gut-related concerns. I also offer flexible, supportive guidance as a neurodivergent practitioner.

My work is grounded in clinical experience and lived understanding, having supported over 350 clients in private practice.
