About me

I have been practising as a psychotherapist for 20 years and I am a Accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapist's) I am also qualified as a Clinical Supervisor, Independent Sexual Violence Advisor, ADHD Coach and ADHD Assessor. I am also a qualified Mindfulness Coach and Reiki Practitioner.

I offer a welcoming non judgmental space for you to explore, gain understanding and work towards whatever changes you wish to make to support your goals.

I work with clients from a wide range of cultures, backgrounds, and life experiences, supporting people through many different emotional and psychological challenges. My practice includes providing psychotherapy across a variety of settings, including Blue Light Services, the NHS, educational environments, industry and corporate settings, small businesses, and diverse community groups.

My approach is flexible and collaborative. I draw on different therapeutic methods to help you understand what you're struggling with and to support you in feeling more balanced, grounded, and in control. Together, we'll explore practical coping strategies that can help you right now, as well as tools that will continue to support you as you move forward in your life.
