About me

You might be someone others rely on competent, high-performing, holding it all together. And yet something doesn't feel right.

The strategies that got you here are starting to cost more than they used to: exhaustion that rest doesn't touch, anxiety that won't switch off, poor sleep, brain fog, or a quiet sense that despite ticking the boxes, something is still missing.

I came to therapy first as a client, after a significant and difficult period in my own life. Before retraining, I spent years in corporate administration, where I saw first-hand how stress and burnout quietly dismantle people who look, from the outside, like they have everything under control. I understand that world and its particular pressures.

I work with thoughtful professionals whose coping strategies are no longer working, helping them understand their nervous system, process what's underneath, and build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

My approach is trauma-informed and neuroscience-based. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Densitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), integrating these with a range of other body-mind approaches all of which work directly with the brain and nervous system to support change at a deeper level.

If this resonates, I'm happy to have a quiet, no-pressure conversation about whether working together might be the right fit.
