About me
Georgina has been in private practice since 2008 and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the Jersey Care Commission. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, the UK Council for Psychotherapy, the Universities Psychotherapy & Counselling Association, and the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors.
Her experience is drawn from working with a wide range of client needs across diverse settings, including mental health charities, a cancer and bereavement charity, an LGBTQ+ charity, and workplace employee counselling services.
Georgina takes a holistic approach, where conversations about health and overall wellbeing are an integral part of the work. She practises from an existential perspective, focusing not on diagnoses or labels, but on how individuals experience and make sense of their world, and how this shapes the way they think, feel, and live.
She aims to help you feel comfortable and supported, tailoring the work to suit your individual needs and goals, and working collaboratively with you to achieve the changes you are seeking.
