Experience
- 15 years experience of working in NHS mental health settings.
- 9 years of private practice.

- I deliver Cognitive Behavioural based therapies on an individual and group basis to treat common mental heath problems. I am a fully accredited member of the BABCP. I am also a trained EMDR practitioner.

I have extensive experience of treating depression and anxiety disorders - Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I have developed my knowledge and skills of employing third wave CBT therapies such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Based Interventions.

I am a trainer provider of Safe and Sound listening therapy to support nervous system healing, recovery from trauma and reduce ASD sensitivities.
