About me

I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years' experience working across NHS, local authority and private practice settings. I work with children, young people and adults presenting with a wide range of emotional, relational and neurodevelopmental difficulties.

My approach is trauma-informed, psychologically integrative and formulation-led. I draw on evidence-based models including, ISTDP, CBT, CAT, DBT-informed approaches, behavioural activation, motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based interventions, adapting therapy to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

I have particular experience working with complex presentations, including chronic anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, attachment-related difficulties and neurodevelopmental conditions. I place strong emphasis on collaboration, emotional safety and helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves alongside practical tools for change.
