About me
I Miss Pampa Sarkar, MD (London), FRCOG am a Consultant Gynaecologist working from The Princess Margaret Hospital Windsor, Spire Thames Valley Hospital Wexham, Berkshire Grove Hospital Maidenhead and Clementine Churchill Hospital Harrow. I also operate at Parkside Suite, Wexham Park Hospital, Wexham.
My special interests are in management of menstrual disorders and pelvic pain, laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts and endometriosis, hysteroscopy and treatment of endometrial polyps and fibroids, work up for prolapse surgery and for infertility, and management of symptoms of menopause and irregular bleeding. I offer major surgery for large fibroids and hysterectomy.
I also provide ultrasound examination for pelvic pain and bleeding disorders and provide a one-stop clinic at Clementine Churchill Hospital Harrow and at Berkshire Grove Hospital Maidenhead.
I am interested in teaching and training, and am an examiner for Part 3 MRCOG examinations. I have been a member Green Top Guidelines Committee of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists which is responsible for national guidelines in obstetrics and gynaecology.
I am an accredited member and trainer with the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG).
