About me

I am an experienced Psychological Therapist. I have over 25 years experience in working with adults with mental health difficulties. I have been a qualified psychological therapist since 2011.

I am passionate about offering evidence-based, individualised therapy. I am experienced in offering EMDR as a standalone therapy or integrated with other approaches, such as compassion focused therapy.

Areas of interest

I have an interest and experience in offering therapy for a range of different mental health difficulties. Including, anxiety, PTSD, social anxiety & shyness, health anxiety, depression and phobias.

I have a special interest in working with parents struggling with post natal depression and anxiety, birth trauma or adjusting to parenting a child with additional needs.
