About me
I am a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in hip and knee surgery. I provide comprehensive care for patients with arthritis, sports injuries, fractures, and long-standing joint problems. My expertise includes total hip replacement, total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, knee arthroscopy, and a range of joint injections including steroid, hyaluronic acid, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
I completed my medical degree and postgraduate orthopaedic training in India before continuing specialist surgical training in London and Manchester. Working in high-volume orthopaedic centres allowed me to develop extensive experience in complex trauma surgery, joint reconstruction, and modern hip and knee arthroplasty techniques.
My approach is centred around clear communication and shared decision-making. I ensure patients fully understand their diagnosis and treatment options so that we can make informed decisions together. My aim is always to provide personalised, evidence-based care and achieve the best possible outcome for every patient.
I have presented my work nationally and internationally and am an active member of the British Orthopaedic Association, Indian Orthopaedic Association, and British Indian Orthopaedic Society. I speak English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
