About me

I am an M.Sc. Advanced Physiotherapist and Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, providing personalised 1-hour home visit physiotherapy sessions across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

I specialise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and persistent pain, using an evidence-based approach tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

My aim is not only to reduce pain but to identify and treat the underlying cause of your symptoms, helping you return to work, sport and everyday activities with confidence. Every treatment plan is personalised and may include manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise rehabilitation and education where clinically appropriate.

I have a particular interest in treating active individuals, desk workers, gym-goers and athletes, while also helping people of all activity levels improve their movement, recovery and long-term physical health.
