About me

My name is Natalie, I have been working in the field of addictions and mental health for nearly 20 years and practising as a counsellor in private practice for over 3 years.I work with adults ranging from 20-70 and have a special interest in addiction and trauma.
I am a Psychodynamic therapist and am also trained in the Internal Family Systems approach.
Having lived experience I bring a deep understanding to the issues that clients bring to me. I have worked in the community, the NHS and the private sector giving me a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of people.
