About me
I'm a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background in private practice, NHS and Schools.
I work with young people and adults, offering face-to-face counselling in Twickenham and online counselling.
As a counsellor, I draw on a range of approaches to help you explore current challenges, increase self-awareness, and better understand patterns or barriers that may be holding you back.
Together, we work towards meaningful insight and the possibility of change, finding the approach that best supports you.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and integrative approach, tailored to each individual's unique needs and pace.
I aim to create a safe, respectful space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported as you explore what matters most to you.
Areas of interest
I have extensive experience working with young people; and adults, supporting them with challenges such as anxiety; stress; low self-esteem; family issues; relationship problems; trauma; gender identity; bullying; friendship issues; depression.
I have particular interest in working with neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD; Autism; dyslexia; and Tourette's syndrome
Mindfulness is a practice I regularly integrate into my work, particularly when supporting clients with conditions such as anxiety; depression; exam stress; sleeplessness; anger; or bullying.
