About me
Sarah is an advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 20 years in the profession. She has extensive knowledge in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sporting injuries, osteoarthritis and joint replacement surgery, paediatrics, elderly, trauma, and pre- and post-natal care. She treats a varied caseload across all ages and prides herself on working towards each individuals goals through focused treatment and rehabilitation. She is passionate about working with clients to enable them to reach their full potential.
As a qualified Pilates instructor, Sarah also incorporates Pilates principles into her assessments and treatments to enhance strength, control, and movement, as well as teaching group sessions.
A keen club runner and mum of two, Sarah brings empathy, motivation, and real-life understanding to her work. She has a special interest in helping runners through injury, recovery, rehabilitation, and return to fitness with dedicated treatment as well as run programme setting.
Sarah is committed to keeping her practice evidence-based and up to date, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.
