About me

I am a fully qualified BACP counsellor with over ten years experience. I have extensive skills in dealing with stress, bereavement, loss, low-self esteem and trauma. I adopt a range of counselling styles into my practice to meet the needs of individual clients, based on an initial assessment of which approaches will achieve the best outcomes. I am also a therapeutic life coach and an expert in trauma techniques including REWIND.
