About me
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist offering compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relational difficulties, grief, loss and major life transitions. My approach is depth-oriented and soulful, helping you explore what feels overwhelming, make sense of past experiences, and find steadier ground in the present.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly at your own pace. Alongside relational psychotherapy, I also work with dreams, imagery and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we respond to others and see the world..
I see clients in Brighton and online.
Areas of interest
ANXIETY-I offer support for generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, repetitive worrying thoughts, health anxiety and social anxiety.
GRIEF-I have many years' experience in supporting clients navigate bereavement and loss.
CPTSD-I support clients struggling with overwhelming thoughts and feelings that originate from childhood neglect and abuse- including fear of abandonment, panic, confused sense of self, low self-esteem, difficulties in maintaining healthy relationships.
I have a special interest in working with faith and spirituality. I have helped clients overcome trauma experienced within religious settings and helped them to find a spirituality authentic to their own experience.
