About me

I qualified in Gestalt therapy in 2010 and BA Hons Counselling in 2011. I work online or face-to-face in my private counselling room in Dibden.
Gestalt counselling uses many aspects of different therapies and is very phenomenological, working in the moment with what is presenting.

My degree encompassed CBT which allows me to integrate aspects in my work, however Gestalt can also work on a similar way to CBT, setting goals in manageable steps and discovering thinking and feelings that cause certain behaviours.
