About me

Hello, my name is Tamar (this is pronounced tay-maar, for those who get anxious about unusual names). I work compassionately and ethically with a range of issues including anxiety and depression, with a particular interest in issues that predominantly impact women's emotional health; relational trauma, domestic violence, fertility and adoption.
I am a Counsellor and Coach. Additionally I am a Rewind Trauma Therapy practitioner.
