About me
Although an experienced and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, there have been occasions in my own life when personal struggles and problems of living seemed impossible to bear. Indeed, I entered the counselling profession with a passion for helping others following my own recovery from addiction and complicated grief. As a therapist, I now provide a safe/ confidential space to help clients work through various problems of living; anxiety, bereavement, low mood, relationship issues, addiction, negotiating life transitions etc.
