About me

I'm a CBT Therapist and Mental Health Nurse supporting adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, health anxiety, and perinatal mental health difficulties. I help people gain clarity, reduce distress, and make meaningful changes in a safe, supportive environment. I also work with parenting challenges, trauma, ADHD, and adjustment to health conditions.

I support adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, offering a warm, evidence based approach tailored to your needs.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand your experiences, explore what's happening, and work toward a more balanced life. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, low, or navigating specific challenges such as health anxiety, OCD, or perinatal stress, I create a safe, supportive environment to focus on the changes that matter to you.

Alongside my private practice, I work in the NHS with over 14 years' experience in emergency and perinatal services. I support people adjusting to long term or life limiting health conditions, as well as pregnant and postnatal women experiencing mental health difficulties. I also provide clinical supervision to other health professionals. I'm committed to creating a non judgmental, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and listened to.

If you'd like to explore whether I might be the right fit for you, please get in touch.
