About me

Hello

I'm an Accredited Person Centred Integrative Counsellor. I have a BA Hons degree, a Certificate and Advanced Diploma in Counselling with Network.

I offer counselling to adults in person or online, short or long term. I have a warm, empathic & relational approach which enables clients to feel comfortable to explore whatever is bringing them to counselling without judgement. I tailor the therapy based on what each client needs and use psycho-education when helpful. I am able to help you process the emotional impact of what you are facing and also offer strategies that may help you day to day.
I also offer creative and somatic ways of working.

Areas of interest

Relationship & family problems; recovery from narcissistic and/or emotional abuse; anxiety & stress; bereavement; trauma recovery; dealing with miscarriages; life transitions; low self esteem; somatic therapy; nervous system regulation; parenting issues; boarding school syndrome.

I offer Rewind trauma therapy as part of trauma recovery.
