About me

I am a HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist with experience providing psychological assessment and therapy for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and challenging life events.

My aim is to ensure non-judgemental and trauma-informed psychological therapy can be accessed with warmth, wisdom, and creativity in a space that feels safe and welcoming.

I have worked in both the public and private sector, providing psychological therapy using an integrative approach that draws on Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), EMDR and CBT. I enjoy bringing creativity to sessions alongside talking therapy approaches; including use of writing, Sand Tray and Chair Work.

It's ok if you have never been to therapy before, are unsure if therapy is 'right' for you, or feel a certain way about starting therapy. We will work together to make sure we both understand your needs, ensuring you receive therapy in a way that is meaningful to you and meets your goals.

As a queer therapist, I offer a safe inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Outside of the therapy space, I can be found hiking with my dogs, running, writing poetry, or finding my next favourite coffee shop.
