I'm an MSK Physiotherapist who believes great outcomes start with listening. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, using a clear, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual. My focus is not just pain relief, but helping patients regain confidence, movement, and long-term resilience. I'm committed to clear communication, shared decision-making, and supporting patients to take an active role in their recovery, while delivering safe, effective care in line with BUPA's values.
