About me

I am an experienced musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist, practicing since 2010. I've helped thousands of people over the years with all kinds of different problems and helped them to live better lives.

I have been learning and developing my knowledge throughout my career. My approach centers around assessing the body and person as a whole. Everything we have done in our lives impacts the way we move and feel today so considering this is vital. I am very hands on and will need to feel how you move to assess the whole body and determine the underlying driver of your problems.

My approach is different to �traditional� physio and so it can be particularly effective in treating recurring or unsolved problems as well as people with complex presentations. I also enjoy treating sports injuries and getting people back to their full potential. Physio can be about stopping pain but we also have a lot to offer in terms of optimising movement and performance which is something I love doing.

?My treatment will be a mix of hands on manual techniques aimed at reducing pain and facilitating movement combined with exercise prescription geared towards learning good quality movement and building strength.

?I am comfortable assessing and treating all neuromusculoskeletal conditions.
