About me

I am a qualified BACP and UKCP accredited psychotherapist with experience in long and short term therapy.
I have worked with clients since 2005 and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust and a Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy from the Psychosynthesis Institute.
I was born in Burma and raised in Lancashire, in the north of England. I have been living in London for over 20 years and have a background in media, broadcast and television alongside my therapy work.
My counselling and therapy experience has encompassed The Miscarriage Association, Mind, Childline, The Place2Be, The Alcohol Service in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, Equinox Care, Victim Support, Nightingale Hospital, EAP services and the South East and East Asian Centre (SEEAC).
I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming), supervision and Yoga Nidra.
My work abides by the BACP and UKCP codes of ethics and guidelines.
