About me

I am a senior Clinical Psychologist with over ten years of NHS experience, supporting people with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, trauma, relationship struggles and work-related stress.

I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel understood. Therapy can help you make sense of experiences, manage distress, and develop healthier patterns in relationships and daily life. Some people come to therapy with clear goals, while others feel uncertain but know something needs to shift; both are valid starting points we can work from.

As a clinical psychologist I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapies such as mentalisation-based therapy (MBT) , cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. This flexibility allows me to tailor therapy to your needs and goals, rather than relying on a single method.

Our work together can support you in gaining insight, breaking unhelpful cycles, and building resilience and confidence. Alongside my professional training, I bring empathy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping you create meaningful and lasting change. If you are considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out and we can arrange an introduction.
