About me

Mr Mostafa Abdalla is a Consultant Gynecologist specializing in Advanced Minimal Invasive Surgery (MAS) and Endometriosis. He is based at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, with additional honorary clinical and research roles Oxford University Hospitals NHS foundation trust .His practice focuses on offering women evidence-based, compassionate, and highly specialized care for complex gynecological conditions.
With extensive experience in advanced laparoscopic and open surgery, Mr Abdalla manages a wide spectrum of challenging pelvic cases including deep infiltrating endometriosis, frozen pelvis, complex ovarian pathology, and difficult hysterectomies. He has completed advanced training in gynecological oncology and Advance Minimal access/ Endometriosis surgery, enabling him to safely operate in both benign and oncological settings.
Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Abdalla is actively involved in research, with numerous publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals including the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer, BJOG, the Journal of Clinical Medicine, and others. His research spans Gynecological cancer, sarcoma management, fertility-sparing surgery, Endometriosis surgery and surgical innovation.
He is also committed to surgical education and has organized and taught on multiple national courses, including GESEA programmes, BSGE RIGs courses, hysterectomy masterclasses, and advanced laparoscopic simulation training. He is the co-founder of Pelvicscope, an advanced pelvic surgery masterclass.
He is dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized care rooted in scientific evidence, surgical excellence, and patient empowerment. He is particularly passionate about improving outcomes for women living with endometriosis and complex pelvic pain, ensuring that every patient receives clear information, compassionate guidance, and the most advanced surgical options available.
