About me

I am a compassionate and person-centered/integrative Clinical Psychologist which means I am focused on care of the needs of the individual. I have over a decade of experience working within the NHS, charity-sector and educational institutions. I aim to support individuals with psychological skills that can help you to live a fulfilling live and promote resilience to prevent relapse in the future. Having worked across the globe in multiple locations and with diverse communities, I am especially interested in cross-cultural understandings of mental health challenges and I value and respect individual differences, including personality, cognitive profiles, and psychological traits. Therapy is adapted to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalised and effective approach

Areas of interest

Hannah has expertise in a wide range of evidenced based therapeutic approaches. In particular, Hannah uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help children, young people and adults with mental health challenges and making adjusts to significant life events. Hannah is also trained in Compassion focused Therapy (CFT) and Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT). Hannah has a specialist interest in drawing on family/systems therapeutic approach to also helping young people, families and adults to think about the difficulties arising.

Hannah has worked with individuals who may be struggling with low mood, general anxieties, relationship challenges, loss, the impact of trauma, parenting strategies and employ neuro - affirmative approaches to supporting adults and young people with neurodiverse needs.
