About me

As a counsellor, I hold full BACP accredited membership and qualified with Bsc(Hons) Psychology with Counselling (2.1) in 2003. I employ an integrative approach, specialising in a solution focused, problem solving approach within a person centred delivery. I believe every individual is unique and holds their own answers and I adopt my approach to fit their issues and goals rather than making assumptions about clients and applying an approach to them based on labels.
