Dr Dichter currently works in the NHS Community Mental Health Team, in East Sussex, but has also worked in different other settings including NHS and private practice, over the past 15 years. She attended to many patients, who were suffering from a variety of serious mental health problems, as well as comorbid physical health issues. Being able to help these individuals progress towards a positive turning point has made her more passionate and determined than ever to promote awareness of and help those with psychiatric conditions and neurodiversity.
Dr Dichter's main focus, privately & in NHS is assessing and treating people with depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessions, sleep disorders (night terrors, un-refreshing sleep, insomnia), psychotic illness, neurodiversity.
