About me

In my private practice- Mourne Neurodiversity Practice, I offer evidence-based psychological therapy for children, teenagers, adults, and families, tailored to individual needs. I use a range of approaches, including CBT, CFT, ACT, DDP, attachment based play approaches, solution-focused therapy, and integrative methods, ensuring care that is compassionate, collaborative, and effective.

I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent clients (including autism and ADHD), using a neuroaffirmative, trauma-informed approach that respects identity and strengths while addressing challenges. I also work extensively with neurotypical clients, supporting mental health and wellbeing across a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and family dynamics.
My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space where every client feels understood and supported. Therapy can focus on emotional regulation, coping strategies, self-esteem, and improving relationships always tailored to the unique needs of the individual or family.

Specialist psychological care for all ages supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical clients with evidence-based, compassionate approaches.
