About me

I am an Accredited integrative Counsellor (PNCPS.Acc) I initially trained in bereavement support whilst studying for my professional counselling qualification. My practice is diverse in terms of the range of issues that I support clients with. I support adult clients, in person near Lincoln, online, and by telephone. I welcome new clients to my practice, which provides a safe, quiet, supportive and non judgmental environment, where current or past issues can be explored, and clients can discuss what they are hoping to achieve from therapy. Once we have established this, we can then work, using a solution focussed approach, to help facilitate clients' goals, enabling positive change and a recognition, of their full potential.

Areas of interest

I have several years experience of working with Grief and Loss, working with Cruse and the local Hospice. I also have experience supporting clients with issues such as Trauma, Grief, Social Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Coping with Life Changes, Family Conflicts, Sleep disorders, Anger management, Attachment issues, and Work related issues.
