About me
I'm Lisa, I'm an MSc-qualified Physiotherapist with over 10 years' experience across private practice, the NHS, and elite sport. My journey started in sports therapy and personal training, and since then I've built a career specialising in MSK physiotherapy, hand therapy, and paediatrics � supporting everyone from young athletes to professional teams and patients recovering from surgery.
What drives me is helping people get back to doing what they love � whether that's competing on the field, returning to work, or simply moving without pain. I combine hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation programmes, drawing on advanced training in Hand Therapy including splinting, Pilates-based rehab, and strength & conditioning.
Always looking to grow and refine my practice, I keep up with the latest evidence-based approaches to ensure the best outcomes for my patients.
