About me

Hi I'm Jasmine, I'm glad you've found me.

I'm a BABCP accredited therapist offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I offer therapy face to face in Whittlesey, Peterborough, and remote therapy online, or over the telephone.

Anxiety, phobias or panic attacks? Low self-esteem, or confidence issues? I'm here to help.

I have experience in treating a wide range of psychological difficulties. My areas of specialism are depression, trauma, low self esteem and anxiety based problems. I have a particular interest in emetophobia (vomit phobia) and blood/needle/injury phobia.

I provide high-quality therapy informed by the NICE guidelines. As an experienced therapist with 15 years in the mental health field, I've spent the last 13 years specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy principles.

Together, we'll make sense of what's going on and develop strategies to break free from anxiety's grip. I'm passionate about helping people find their motivation, self-confidence, and squash self-doubt so that you can live your best life.

I utilise a range of evidence based CBT techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings and actions to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards your therapy goals. So that your therapy can be as efficient and beneficial as it can be.
