About me

Since 2011 I have helped many clients understand and move past their obstacles.
I can help you gain a clearer understanding of your life's experience to help you make positive change.

Our needs evolve through various stages and events in our lives. It can be surprising, or not at all, just how these events can leave us feeling stressed, overwhelmed and even stop us in our tracks. If ignored, or left untreated, these can manifest into anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.

That's when the time to seek counselling can be of real value. Entering into a supporting, non-judgemental, professional relationship to explore feelings, thoughts and behaviours can be extremely beneficial to gain a clearer understanding of your experience.

At the heart of counselling is the healing relationship. In this process of collaboration, we can learn what you truly need in your life to manage any problems as they arise. We can unlock your inner wisdom and allow your healing force to emerge, uninhibited by your background, circumstances or beliefs about yourself.

The range of my counselling and therapeutic techniques, along with my integrative training, enables me to construct a treatment plan tailored to your unique and specific needs.
