About me
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a range of emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centred, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward wellbeing.
I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with expressive modalities such as art, music, and movement-based therapy. I believe in tailoring each session to meet the emotional, cultural, and developmental needs of every individual.
I work with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, obsessivecompulsive disorder (OCD), relationship and attachment difficulties, personality-related challenges, and life transitions. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming support for individuals with autism and ADHD, with a focus on emotional regulation and self-understanding.
In my sessions, I integrate reflective and insight-oriented practices to help clients understand thought and behavioural patterns, alongside experiential, mind-body, and nervous system regulation exercises that support emotional balance and personal growth. Above all, I bring authenticity, kindness, and compassion to my work, supporting clients to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and empowering ways.
