About me

I am an HCPC registered and BPS Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of NHS experience working with autistic people and people with learning disabilities.

I provide psychological therapy, diagnostic assessments (learning disability, autism and ADHD), pre- and post-diagnostic support, consultation, and training. I work with children (primary school age and above), young people, adults, families, and services, tailoring support to individual needs and ensuring reasonable adjustments are considered.

I offer both face to face and online sessions. I offer a free 15 minute consultation if you would like to discuss your needs and see if I would be a good fit, please drop me an email.

Areas of interest

I have a passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and families, as well as young people and adults with a learning disability. I've had a lot of experience of supporting services, individuals and families with complex issues at challenging times.

I bring a variety of different therapeutic approaches making adjustments as needed, so as to keep the individual at the centre of my work. I'm happy to discuss any specific preferences or needs you have and work collaboratively to design an intervention to meet them.

I also offer supervision to professionals and training to staff teams.
