I'm Kim Rutherford, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Coach, Author and Founder of the 8Wise� Method, a practical framework designed to help you understand, rebalance, and strengthen your mental health and wellbeing. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, wellbeing, and people development, I offer online and in-person sessions across East Devon, South Somerset and West Dorset, supporting you to regain clarity, calm, and confidence for a healthier, happier mind, life, and career.
Having faced my own battles with mental health, I know how overwhelming life can feel when stress, anxiety, or self-doubt take over. That's why I developed the 8Wise� Method, a simple, down-to-earth approach that blends psychotherapy and coaching to create lasting change through practical tools, guided reflection, and personalised strategies.
