About me

I am a Person Centred trauma therapist with 19 years experience. I am a EMDR patctioner and have experience of working with truama.

I offer brief and long term therapy for adults and couples. My aim is to establish a trusting relationship, so my clients feel comfortable to express themselves fully.

Areas of interest

My areas of expertise include: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, identity issues, self -esteem, confidence, communication issues, bereavement and loss. PTSD, work related issues, domestic violence,abuse and anger management.
