About me

Hello, thank you for taking time ti look at my profile, I am a Person Centred Trauma Informed therapist with over 19 years experience.

I have worked for a local charity Beacon Counselling for 18 years. I offer my clients a non judgmental, safe spce to upick my client issues at their own pace. My aim is to establish trust so my clients feel comfortable to express their emotions.
I offer both brief and long term therapy, sometimes it can be difficult to have a clear understanding/goal of what you want to work through in therapy. I will assist you on identifing your goals and what issues you wisj to focus on and I will explain how we can work together.

I create a safe and empowering space where individuals feel encouraged to explore themselves at a deeper level. I always strive to to empower my clients so they can trust trust
their judgement and decisions.

My areas of expertise include: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, identity issues, self -esteem, confidence, communication issues, bereavement and loss. PTSD, work related issues, domestic violence,abuse and anger management.
